The Danish National Symphony Orchestra presents the smash hit concert: The Morricone Duel – the ultimate symphonic experience, where the brutal and ruthless Mob meets the vengeful and bloodthirsty Wild West in an epic orchestral showdown!
More than 200 million viewers from around the world have seen and loved the show on YouTube. Now you have the opportunity to experience The Danish National Symphony Orchestra’s concert live, in the spectacular Concert Hall of DR Koncerthuset. The stage is set for a dirty fight, where good, bad and evil all meet up in a magnificent symphonic battle: Ennio Morricone’s iconic music from The Good, The Bad and the Ugly and Once Upon a Time in the West, A Fistful of Dollars and Once Upon a Time in America are the centerpieces of the concert.
Nina Rota takes up the challenge and fires up the evening even more with the legendary score from The Godfather, along with masterpieces from movies by Sergio Leone, Francis Ford Coppola and Quentin Tarantino. And alongside all the smash hits from the 2018 version of The Morricone Duel, we now bring you even more enticing music from the Wild West, including The Magnificent Seven and Rivers of No Return.
