If You are blind, use a wheelchair or are disabled in any other way, and need somebody to accompany You, when going to a Concert or Event, please contact DR Koncerthuset Box Office for personal guidance and purchase of tickets.

It is possible to purchase gift cards for DR Koncerthuset online or via DR Koncerthuset Box Office.

Gift cards for DR Koncerthuset is valid for 3 years, and can be redeemed on all Concerts and Tours in DR Koncerthuset, including Guided tours at DR Byen.

If You wish to see the Concert Hall or DR Byen this is possible by booking a guided tour.

It is not possible to see the Concert Hall or Studios otherwise.

DR Koncerthuset do not refund tickets.
However, if you have bought a ticket to a concert with DR Choirs and/or Orchestras it is possible to rebook Your ticket to another concert.
The deadline for rebooking tickets is 14 days prior to the concert You wish to rebook from.

Rebooking fee pr. ticket is 40 DKK.

Ticket fee of 30 DKK pr. ticket.
The fee is payed through all sales channels distributing tickets for DR Koncerthuset.

You will not be charged any additional fees, for booking Your tickets directly through DR Koncerthuset Box Office via personal or phone assistance.

If you wish to have Your tickets shipped via postal service instead of Print@Home delivered to Your E-mail (0 kr), You will be charged a shipment fee of 25 DKK in total for Your entire order.
