DR Koncerthuset can be the venue for your next business event.

We accommodate all forms of business events; from large conferences and smaller summits to intimate meetings. In our great concert hall we can accommodate up to 1800 seated guests, down to 100 seated guests in Studio 4.

Meeting Packages

When booking a meeting package at DR Koncerthuset, you not only get a high technical level of expertise, but also unique architectural and acoustic surroundings. The house is built and designed to give the best possible framework for a great experience.

Every meeting has an in-house technician on sight and an event coordinator for coordination prior to the meeting. Our coordinator will also greet you on the day and make sure that everything during the day runs smoothly.

A MEETING PACKAGE CONSISTS OF:
Digital projector and screen with the option of connecting both Windows PC and Mac.
PA system and microphones.
Technician to help with the microphones and with connecting the computer.
WiFi

For meetings in the bigger halls; Studio 2 and the Concert Hall, an in-house AV technician, sound and lighting technicians alongside professional AV-equipment is included.

Conferences & Events

DR Koncerthuset is the setting for many of the great conferences and events in Denmark. A number of Denmarks largest companies and agencies choose DR Koncerthuset each year as the setting for their event. Everything from award shows, general meetings, after-work meetings, live streaming and multi-media events, international conferences lasting multiple days to the intimate meetings with lots of ambience and private dinners with exclusive guests. In short, DR Koncerthuset is the perfect setting for all types of events.

We are experts in our own house and have great experience in planning and executing tailor-made events of all sizes. Our event coordinators are ready to advise and confer with you about the best solutions on creating your event in our house.

If the production is already in place and the question is mainly about finding a spectacular venue for your event, we are of course also more than ready to help.

Built for great experiences

DR Koncerthuset exudes music. On a daily basis DR Koncerthuset is one of the largest music work places in Denmark. Hundreds of musicians, technicians and production teams have their daily work here.

Our technicians and event coordinators perfect 400 events a year in DR Koncerthuset, spanning from concerts, meetings, conferences, major TV-transmission and symphonic movie concerts. We share the same pool of professional and educated technicians across the whole of Danish Broadcasting Corporation (DR) securing the highest ‘DR-quality’.

The DR Koncerthusets architecture is a bold piece of engineering with lots of unique details for the benefit of the audience. In 2009, the master architect, Jean Nouvel, finished his extremely ambitious masterpiece, opening DR Koncerthuset after 7 years of intensive work. Joan Nouvel has acoustically, architectonically and functionally created a house second to none.

A production at DR Koncerthuset not only looks good, it also sounds good. The acoustics in all the studios are therefore developed together with the internationally renowned sound designer, Yusuhisa Toyota, the man behind the fantastic Disney Concert Hall, who throughout the house has made use of a variety of different solutions for controlling the acoustics.

At DR Koncerthuset, we not only open the doors and turn on the lights for you; we have a permanent event team, who takes care of proposal, planning and execution. As superusers of our own venue, we are your partners in finding the best solutions for your event, regardless of the size of the challenge.

Your guests are also our guests, and we make sure that the execution of the event runs smoothly and that the guests are happy.
